Independent Sales Representative (Commission Only)
Cold Calling | Flexible Hours | Remote | Jacksonville, FL

We are looking for an independent sales representative to promote our real estate photography services across Northeast Florida. This position is commission-only and may be a part-time side job or a full-time role, depending on your availability and level of commitment.

You can expect to work independently, manage your own schedule, and earn based on performance. Many of our sales can be closed with just 1–2 focused hours per day, but if you’re looking for a full-time opportunity, there is room to grow.

At JAX 3D PRO (SMARTICA LLC), we specialize in high-end visuals for real estate and commercial spaces — mainly focused on Matterport 3D tours, Zillow 3D tours, flambient photography, and drone imagery.
We offer top-quality work at market-level prices, and we’re proud of what we deliver.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and contact real estate agents and business owners
  • Make cold calls and follow up as needed
  • Offer a high-quality, no-risk service backed by 30 years of experience — clients can choose to pay conveniently upfront or after delivery
  • Coordinate bookings and pass project details to our team

What You Get:

  • 20% commission on each paid job you bring in
  • Weekly payouts (every Friday after client payment clears)
  • Absolute flexibility — work whenever and wherever you want
  • Realistic earnings:
    • $2,500/month with just 1–2 hours a day
    • $6,000+/month if you’re focused and consistent

What You Need:

  • Experience and confidence on the phone — this is mainly a cold calling role
  • Understanding of real estate photography (we’ll train you)
  • Your own phone, computer, and transportation (if needed)
  • Discipline, curiosity, and a sharp instinct for sales
