What is a Matterport 3D tour?

A Matterport 3D tour is a measured digital twin of a real space - an interactive walkthrough customers can explore on any device, with a dollhouse view and real dimensions. One capture works as marketing, documentation and a published walkthrough on the map platform your customers already use.

How much does a Matterport 3D tour cost in Jacksonville?

Tours start at $95 for a small space. Pricing is transparent: $75 base plus 4-6 cents per square foot by layout complexity - a typical 3,000 sq ft space is about $225. The calculator on this page gives you your exact number in 30 seconds. See the full 2026 price guide.

What are the recurring fees?

Publishing to Google Maps Street View is free of recurring charges for commercial spaces - once live, it stays live, and it is not conditioned on Matterport hosting (residential properties are not eligible for Street View). Hosting the interactive Matterport tour itself is $50 per year on Matterport's servers - easy to embed on your website or share directly with clients. What areas of Northeast Florida do you serve?

Jacksonville and the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Julington Creek and all of St. Johns County, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Daytona Beach and South Georgia. Based in St. Johns County - no travel premium inside the service area.

Can the Matterport Pro3 scan outdoors?

Yes. The Pro3 uses LiDAR, so it scans outdoors even in full Florida sun - patios, pools, grounds and whole campuses connect to the interior in one continuous tour.

How accurate are Matterport measurements?

The Pro3 LiDAR measures to about 1% accuracy (roughly an inch at room scale). Floor plans, in-tour measurements and CAD exports come from real laser data, not estimates.

How long does a Matterport scan take?

A typical shop, home or restaurant takes two to five hours on site, scheduled around your hours. The finished tour is usually delivered - and live on Google Maps if you want it there - within a few days.
