Our Workflow: A Simple and Hassle-Free Experience
Working with Us Is Easy: There's hardly anything you need to do.
Place Your Order Online: Just order our service through our online store. During checkout, enter the property address and access instructions like gate codes, lock codes, and any other relevant details. Helpful information such as "dog on premises," "no entry during specific hours," "do not turn on AC," or "avoid using water" is also appreciated.
Let Us Know if You Need a Heads-Up: If you’d like to be notified before we enter the property, just let us know.
We Work Best Alone, but You're Welcome to Join: We prefer to work in peace and solitude, but if you’d like to be present during the scanning, that's perfectly fine. You can stay with us the whole time or just for a while—whatever works best for you.
Time Required: Depending on the size and complexity of the property, our on-site work typically takes between one to three hours.
Processing Begins Same Day: On the same day, we’ll start processing all exterior/interior photos, Twilight and drone photos. Additionally, we’ll upload any Zillow or Matterport 3D tours to their respective cloud servers for processing.
Processing Times: Zillow typically takes up to 12 hours to process, while Matterport may take up to 24 hours. The other photos (exterior/interior HDR, Flambient, Twilight, and drone photos) are processed in-house and usually take about one to two days.
Final Quality Check and Delivery: After a final quality check, if everything is in order, we’ll submit the 3D tour to the correct Zillow address, and send you the Matterport 3D tour links via email. Additionally, we’ll deliver the other photos (HDR or Flambient, Twilight, and drone photos) via your preferred method, or upload them to our server and send you a download link.
