Straight answer first: our Matterport 3D tours start at $95 for a small space, and a typical 3,000 sq ft business or home runs about $225. Here's exactly how the price is built - no "call for pricing" games.

The pricing model, out in the open

Most 3D tour providers quote per project and keep the math to themselves. Ours is public: a $75 base fee plus a per-square-foot rate that depends on how complex your layout is:

Open layout (hall, showroom, big open floor): $0.04 / sq ft
Standard layout (normal mix of rooms): $0.05 / sq ft
Complex layout (many small or detailed rooms): $0.06 / sq ft
Outdoor areas (patios, pools, grounds): + $0.04 / sq ft

For the Google version - no. Once your tour is published to your Google Business Profile and Street View, it stays live with no recurring cost. Hosting only enters the picture if you want the full interactive tour (dollhouse view, measurements) on Matterport's servers - easy to embed on your website or share directly with clients - and that runs $50 per year. Google Street View publishing is not conditioned on it.
