How quickly do I get my photos and tour back?

Who owns the photos and the 3D tour?
You do, once the invoice is paid. Use them on the MLS, Zillow, your website, social media and in print.
How long does the 3D tour link stay live?
As long as the tour is hosted. Hosting the interactive Matterport tour on Matterport's servers is $50 per year - easy to embed on your website or share directly with buyers.
Which areas do you photograph?
Jacksonville and the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Julington Creek and all of St. Johns County, St. Augustine, and down to Palm Coast - no travel premium inside the service area. Somewhere else in Northeast Florida? Ask, we travel.
Can you upload a Matterport tour to Zillow?
Yes. A Matterport tour can carry the 3D Home badge on Zillow - it takes a manual support request, and we handle that step for you.
How accurate are the floor plans?
The Pro3 measures with LiDAR, so the schematic floor plans derived from the scan are accurate to about 1% - good enough for the MLS and buyer questions about room sizes.
